You are invited to review and comment on the draft Cleanup Action Plan for the Northport Waterfront. All comments are due by June 1, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.


Next steps: After the close of the comment period, Ecology will review and respond to comments. We will send our response to comments document to anyone who provided contact information above, and it will be posted online. After the Cleanup Action Plan is final, the engineering design process for the cleanup will begin. The draft engineering design report will be available for public comment before becoming final.
