Modification of Coverage Under a General Permit to Discharge to State Waters - Evans Fruit Company

We invite you to comment on permit modification for Evans Fruit Company. Evans Fruit Company has requested a modification of coverage under the Fresh Fruit Packing General Permit.


This permit is a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit (the general permit), permit No. WAG435106.


This modification of coverage is for the discharge of pack line wastewater and non-contact cooling water from the Cowiche City Road facility, located at 200 Cowiche City Road, Cowiche, Washington to land application. There will be discharge amounts of up to 7500 maximum gallon per day onto three and a half acres of land. All discharges to be in compliance with the Department of Ecology's Water Quality Standards.
